This policy applies to all services offered by Theotaxis Software Solution — including custom software development, professional services, licensed or hosted software, subscriptions, integrations, and support — unless a signed Statement of Work (SOW), order form, or quote letter agreed in writing states otherwise.
1. Overview
Refund and cancellation rules depend on the type of engagement. Website pricing is indicative until confirmed in a written quote or SOW.
2. Custom solutions and implementation projects
- Fees follow milestones in the signed SOW or quote.
- Advance or mobilization fees are typically non-refundable once work has started or resources are allocated.
- Change orders may revise scope, timeline, and cost.
- Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), where offered (e.g. 20% of project cost per year for custom automation), is billed per the SOW; cancellation requires written notice as stated in that agreement.
3. Indicative website pricing
Published ranges (such as Business Automation from ₹5,50,000 or CRM from ₹6,50,000) are starting points only. Final price depends on discovery and a formal quote or SOW. Refunds follow the signed agreement for that project, not the website display alone.
4. Annual SaaS subscriptions
- Products such as Task Delegation (₹12,000/year) and Tally Dashboard (₹7,000/year), and future subscription modules, renew as stated at purchase.
- Cancel renewal by notifying us before the next billing cycle unless your order form specifies otherwise.
- Fees already paid for the current term are generally not refunded on a pro-rata basis unless required by law or explicitly stated in your order form.
- Access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
5. Third-party and pass-through costs
Charges from messaging providers, payment gateways, cloud usage billed to your account, or similar pass-through costs are non-refundable once incurred.
